Projects and preferences

The app stores models, textures, palettes, preferences, and the free-export count locally. It does not upload your projects to a developer-operated server or include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.

When you export or share a file, you choose its destination. If you use iCloud Drive or another storage or sharing service, that provider’s privacy terms apply. Device backups may also include app data depending on your settings.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. isopxl uses Apple’s StoreKit framework to retrieve product information and verify whether the unlock is available. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple handles its own transaction and account data under Apple’s privacy policy.

Support messages

If you contact support, the recipient receives the information you choose to send, including your email address, message, and any attachments. It is used to respond to your request and investigate the issue. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.

This website

This website uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Cloudflare may process information such as your IP address, browser details, and requested pages to operate and secure the site and provide traffic and performance analytics. Depending on the Cloudflare features enabled, it may also use cookies for security and service functionality. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and information about Cloudflare cookies for details. Fonts and images are served from this site.

Deleting data

Deleting a project removes it from the visible library but may retain a local recovery copy. Removing the app and its data from your device removes local app storage. Copies you exported, shared, or backed up must be managed separately. Apple manages purchase records.
